"About" sections on other websites would have a menu with
"vision and mission" and "people" and maybe "history" and
"associates". Right now though it's just me and all I'm
looking to do at this point is present a concept and see
if anyone is moved enough to respond and get involved.
If enough people do, those other things will come.

I don't want this site to be about "me" or my personal endeavors with
"perfectible harmony". I'll relgate that to my own personal pages.
Not that I'm trying to promote "me", but why would you even consider
the theory of what I'm presenting without any clues as to what
perfectible harmony might look like in practice?
